"Slow to respond. Never call to check whether my needs have changed. My previous agent do an annual assessment of my insurance needs as well as financial. I normally sense I am a bother to them when I call for questions. They don't care if we are involved in an accident. They just pass the buck to state farm claims. Rare to get a live person during their office hours. Does not come across as friendly. Standoffish."

"Terrible experience. I have called their office about 15 times in the past year and not once has the call been answered. Terribly unprofessional agency. The only reason I am still with State Farm is because of the corporate agents assistance."
